Payment options

What payment methods do you accept?

 

We accept the following ways of payment.  Credit or debit card using Amex, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, ShopPay, GooglePay, ApplePay and UnionPay.

 

You also have the option to pay for your furniture in installements with Klarna and Buyline. Buyline offer payments over 6, 9, 10 and 11 months interest free.

 

Can I put a deposit down to hold an item?

Of course you can, just give us a call, we will take what is affordable to you and put a hold on your item until you are ready to pay the remaining balance.

All deposits for held items are non refundable if you do change your mind after 3 days.

How long does a refund take?

We aim to process refunds within 24 hours of an item being returned to us. You will get a full email and text to confim this has been completed. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. 

Can I pay in instalments?

You can pay in stallments through Clearpay and Klarna. Klarna Offers 3 monthly payments and pay in 30 days. Clearpay offers payments in 4 instalments.

In March of 2024 we will be able to offer longer monthly options to our customers! Please watch this space!

Suites and Sofas - 10-20 Working days. We do aim to deliver within 10 days but please allow 10-20. 

Sofa beds - Please work off the standard Suites and Sofas answer above for this.

 Once you have received a tracking number and fulfilment email from us, you can then contact Furdeco who are our chosen shipping partner on 0121 2855 255

 
Love your bed bed delivery explained
 Beds and Bedroom Furniture - Please allow 5 days for delivery. We do aim for 2 days on this and in some cases we can send out next day delivery. But please allow 5 days. You will receive a booking slot from the courier to choose your day in some instances. Others couriers will contact you direct to arrange. 
 
3) Mattresses - Our mattresses are sent out direct via a courier firm such as DPD or DHL and will be delivered to you within 48 hours.

What countries do you ship to?

We deliver to the following countries - England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland & Republic Of Ireland. We also deliver to the outlying isles of these courntires. However this is for sofas and suites. Furniture and beds delivery is limited to England, Scotland and Wales.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://www.loveyourbed.co.uk/account/login and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at aftersales@loveyourbed.co.uk just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via aftersales@loveyourbed.co.uk and we will cancel the order and proccess the refund immediately.

Can I alter my order?

Of course you can, just give us a call on 0161 444 0373 and we will be happy to change the order for you as long as it hasnt left us and is with our couriers.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Thank you for shopping with Love Your Bed

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30  calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You have 14 days to notify us by phone or email of the item being returned or exchanged. you then have 30 days to return the item at your own cost back to our depot. The item must be in its original packaging and as delivered. We will only charge for the delivery of the item to you. 

PROCCESS IF DAMAGED AFTER USE.

Your item will be covered by our manufacturers warranty. In the event the item is needing a repair. The technician will then complete a full report and send it back to us to evaluate. The outcomes of this are

1) Can be repaired on site at the time - The technician wil have a look at your item and assess whether the item can be fixed at that point. If the technician can fix the item then this will be completed on site.

2) The item needs a new part - If the item needs a new part, this will be ordered and the technician will return at a later date scheduled by himself and repair the item.

3) Your item needs replaced - If your item needs replaced the trechnicians report will advise of this and we will send a brand new item out to you and collect your old item within the 2-3 time frame of standard items

If the item is delivered damaged or not in full and the issue is from our side then we will arrange collection from you on a day that suits.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Generally this is 3-5 working days to arrive back in your account.

Charges

As mentioned above, the charges for returning an undamaged at the point of delivery item and/or not agreeing to the above proccess (Manufacturers warranty) will be the total cost of delivery to you from our side. We will provide an invoice to you to show hw much delivery to you costs upon request.

We can arrange for collection of the item from our side, this will be deducted from any refund that you are due along with the delivery charge of the item
