HOW FAR DO YOU DELIVER? 

A

We deliver throughout the UK now with our sofas. Sadly due to time taken we have had to remove Northern Ireland. We only deliver to the UK mainland with our furniture.

HOW FAST IS DELIVERY? 

A

Delivery is different for each type of item. Please see here for delivery times.

 DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS? 

A

We do accept returns, these need to be as delivered when returned. this is of course unless a damage when delivered has been reported. We must be informed of the return within 14 days and the item has to be returned at your costs (Unless damaged)  within 30. We can arrange the collection for you. Please see our returns policy for more information.

CAN I CALL YOU?

Of course you can, we have 2 offices, Manchester 0161 444 0373  The Manchester office is for sales.

DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM? 

A

We don't have a showroom. We did have a showroom up until covid came along and then we decided that to keep cost low for our customers we would be entirely internet based. We have the above offices and a distribution point in Walsall

WHERE ARE YOU BASED? 

A

Our offices are based in Manchester.

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING OFFICE HOURS? 

A

The office is open 6 days per week Tuesday to Sunday and the phone lines are open11.00am until 7.00pm Tuesday to Friday, Saturday 11am until 5pm and Sunday 12.30pm until 4.30pm

HOW LONG HAS THE BUSINESS BEEN RUNNING? 

A

Love Your bed has been running for 4 years now however our directors and Managers have been in the business over 20 years. The business has several websites.

IF WE REQUIRE A REFUND HOW LONG DOES THIS TAKE? 

A

 We refund immediately after we receive the item back in our warehouse. You will receive notifications regarding this by email. However it may take 3-5 days for the money to show in your account. This will depend on your bank.

WHAT KIND OF QUALITY ARE THE PRODUCTS? 

A

Our products are of a very high standard. Please dont expect the low quality mass distributed items from certain retailers and catalogues. To put it into perspective if we sold these, as others do in a store, you would be looking at around 50% extra added to that price and that would be a minimum.

DO YOUR SUITES AND SOFAS HAVE A GUARANTEE? 

A

They do carry a 1 year guarantee and following on from above our suites and sofas are not Chinese made. They are substantial and will last.
