What are the delivery times?
Delivery time depends on the product! If your ordering furniture we use a 3-5 working day courier! The same with mattresses and beds. For suites and sofas we aim to deliver within 10-20 working days. We use 2 man delivery for this and you will receive a consignment number to check the status when it leaves us.
For made to order items such as large sofa beds please allow an extra 5-7 working days for delivery.
I need an item urgently, can you help?
Give us a call! We are here to help. We will look at the quickest way to get the item to you. The free delivery is based upon the 3-5 day courier however its possible we can use next day couriers for furniture or same day couriers for Suites and sofas. There is a chance we may need to charge an additional fee for this but this will be on a case by case basis. Give us a call and we will see how we can help.
I need to return my item!
You have 14 days to notify us that you need to return an item and 30 days to get the item back to us. There is additional information on this but have a look at our refund policy below and this will give you more detailed information.
